TBMA INSTRUCTIONS      

 THE NAVIGATION BAR

The Navigation bar, on the left of your screen, helps you to move through the web site. It contains a variety of menu selections, some of which can be expanded further. Clicking on the Gallery, Format/Pricing and Shopping Cart selections will display additional choices.

 ADD AN ITEM TO THE SHOPPING CART

Items are easily added to the shopping cart by clicking on the Add to shopping cart link below the images throughout the site.

While viewing the slide shows on the Home and Contact pages, click on the image for a larger view. The Add to shopping cart link is below the large image.

While browsing the Print Gallery, first select a sort order then click on the Add to shopping cart link below the image.

While browsing the Book, Poster and Screensaver galleries click on the image to view the photographs available within. Clicking on the Add to shopping cart link below the images will add the Book, Poster or Screensaver to your shopping cart not the image being presented at that time.

 CHECK PRICES AND FORMATTING

In the Navigation bar there is a Format/Pricing selection. Click on the Format/Pricing selection to expand it and view the options available.

In addition, wherever you are find an Add to shopping cart link you will also find a Format/Pricing link. Clicking on the Format/Pricing link below an image will direct you to the correct pricing options for that item.

 THE SHOPPING CART

In the Navigation bar there is a Shopping Cart selection. Click on the Shopping Cart selection to expand it and view the options available.

Each time you add an item you will be taken to the shopping cart to view the item selected and choose available options, such as quantity or size. Options are found in the pull down lists to the right of the item photograph.

Change options by clicking on the down arrow of the pull down list then click on the option of your choice. Price changes will update immediately in the shopping cart.

Delete individual items by clicking on the word DELETE, in blue print, on the Item Description line.

Additional options at the bottom of the shopping cart include, Continue Shopping, which will take you back to your last shopping location, Empty Cart, which will delete all items in your shopping cart or Check-Out which moves you to the final steps in your purchasing process.

 CHECK OUT

The Check out screen gives us the information we need to accurately process your order. It is important that we have accurate contact and shipping information in the Sold To area. Each field with a red asterisk is required.

The ShipTo fields are only necessary if you would like the item shipped to a different location.

Click on the Continue Check Out Process link at the bottom of the page. If you receive any errors you may need to fill in any required fields in the Sold To or Ship To areas. The error message will tell you which area needs adjustment.

 FINAL ORDER FORM

The Final Order Form allows you to check and update your order one last time. From this screen you can print, edit or finalize your order by clicking on the appropriate link.

When you click on Finalize Your Order you will be given an order number and confirmation that your order has been processed. A representative of TBMA will contact you to complete the payment process and advise you of shipping charges.
